Liaoyuan Baikang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is located in the Pharmaceutical Industrial Park of the Liaoyuan High-Tech Industrial Development Zone in Jilin Province and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Chongqing Jiheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002742). Its predecessor, Liaoyuan Pharmaceutical Factory No. 1, was established in 1958 and has long been a key manufacturer of chemical APIs and chemical pharmaceutical preparations in Northeast China.

The company holds 102 drug production approval numbers, including 20 active pharmaceutical ingredients and 82 finished dosage forms. Its leading APIs comprise acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine maleate, nefopam hydrochloride, procaine hydrochloride, diphenhydramine hydrochloride, famotidine, dioxopromethazine hydrochloride, and the Class V new drug levofloxacin mesylate, among others. Annual output of finished dosage forms exceeds 3 billion tablets, with key products such as chlorpheniramine maleate tablets and compound paracetamol–diphenhydramine tablets. The company is authorized to import and export, with its products primarily marketed in India, Africa, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and other regions. It has obtained GMP certification, providing robust support for enhancing the brand’s competitiveness in the international market.

The company’s newly constructed “Organic Waste Liquid, Sludge, and Spent Activated Carbon Regeneration and Recycling Project” has been fully completed and put into operation. The plant buildings, ancillary facilities, and equipment installation have all been finalized, and the project is now in a phase of stable operation and smooth ramp-up to full production capacity. With the commissioning of this project, the company has become a key centralized industrial waste treatment center in the Liaoyuan region, providing robust support for regional green development and ecological environmental protection.

The company currently employs 390 people, including more than 90 professional and technical personnel, who account for over 20% of the total workforce.
For many consecutive years, the company has been recognized by the Jilin Provincial Department of Science and Technology and the Jilin Provincial Department of Finance as an innovative technology enterprise; it has been rated an A‑level taxpayer by the Liaoyuan Municipal Tax Service Bureau; and it has been designated a provincial-level “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” enterprise by the Jilin Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. In 2025, it was awarded the title of High‑Tech Enterprise of Jilin Province, honored as an Outstanding Private Enterprise by the Jilin Provincial Government, and recognized as an advanced unit in the “Dual Love, Dual Evaluation” initiative by both the provincial authorities and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce.
