This also provides a platform for employees to showcase and improve themselves, helping to identify and cultivate talent in quality management and promote the overall improvement of the company's quality management level. This is of great significance to the long-term development of the company. Therefore, Baikang Pharmaceutical's leadership decided to organize the "2025 Baikang Pharmaceutical Spring GMP Knowledge Competition" by the Party and Mass Work Office.
To enhance the understanding of GMP among all employees, improve quality management awareness in practical work, stimulate employees' enthusiasm for learning, and encourage them to proactively learn relevant knowledge and skills, this event also provides a platform for self-display and self-improvement. It helps discover and cultivate talent in quality management, promoting the overall improvement of the company's quality management level and is of great significance to the company's long-term development. Therefore, Baikang Pharmaceutical's leadership decided to organize the "2025 Baikang Pharmaceutical Spring GMP Knowledge Competition" by the Party and Labor Union Office.
On the afternoon of April 17, the knowledge competition was held as scheduled in the fourth-floor meeting room of Baikang Pharmaceutical's headquarters. The judges included Di Yonghua, the company's quality manager; Yang Xiwu, the production manager; and Tang Shaohong, director of the Party and Labor Union Office. Nine teams with a total of 27 participants from various workshops, warehouses, laboratories, and departments participated. The competition lasted 2 hours, consisting of four rounds: required questions, quick-answer questions, optional questions, and extra questions. Nearly 100 spectators were present, creating an intensely competitive atmosphere with enthusiastic applause throughout. Three winning teams stood out in this fierce competition: Raw Materials Workshop 1 won first place, Raw Materials Workshop 2 won second place, and Raw Materials Workshop 4 won third place. The judges awarded certificates and prizes to the winners amidst the warm congratulations of the host.
As the saying goes, 'neither proud in victory nor discouraged in defeat,' let us never slacken and remain diligent to the end. This knowledge competition helped each participant become an expert in their field, just as Quality Manager Di always says, "In the pursuit of GMP knowledge, there is only a beginning, not an end." Let's maintain our high spirits and continue to compete in next year's competition.
